Our team is breathing new life into the property's majestic Gothic revival tower and weatherboard manor, carefully preserving its unique character while modernizing it for contemporary living.

The project presents exciting challenges as we convert the seven existing units back into a grand single residence. Special attention is being given to the ornate 15-meter castellated tower, where we're restoring the original concrete detailing while upgrading structural integrity. Throughout the 875 sqm dwelling, we're sensitively integrating modern comforts with preserved period features like intricate woodwork and soaring ceilings.
