As part of Avondale's urban regeneration initiative, this significant housing development comprises 236 modern units across five mid-rise buildings (6-8 stories), complemented by integrated commercial and community spaces. Four buildings cater specifically to residents aged 55+, while the fifth provides quality housing for Kāinga Ora tenants.

Goldenview Interior Ltd was engaged as the expert lining installation team for this complex project. While the development faced initial challenges including site remediation and high-density construction between two major roads, our team focused on delivering precision interior lining solutions across all buildings.
