Commissioned by iRelax, our team executed a full defit and site reinstatement package at Newmarket. Operating under a strict programme, we completed all selective demolition, removed existing services and structures, and returned the unit to a bare and functional condition.

The scope included the careful extraction of all joinery and fittings, surface preparation, and removal of non-standard finishes, ensuring the space was returned to mall specifications. 

Throughout the project, we maintained daily quality and safety inspections, adhered rigorously to all centre protocols, and provided transparent progress reporting—resulting in a smooth and prompt handover of a vacant, centre-compliant space.
