Commissioned by iRelax, our team delivered a full turnkey fit‑out for their Westfield Newmarket. From project inception, we collaborated closely with both the client and mall management to reconcile design ambitions with the logistical constraints of a busy retail centre. 

Under a tightly managed four‑week programme, we executed selective demolition and structural modifications, installed concealed MEP services, and applied eco‑friendly, low‑VOC wall finishes alongside heavy‑duty PVC flooring chosen for both aesthetics and durability. All bespoke joinery—display cabinets, reception counters and custom shelving—was precision‑fabricated off‑site by our trusted local workshop and assembled on‑site with seamless, invisible joins. Our lighting design paired adjustable track fixtures with recessed downlights to highlight product zones, while underfloor conduits and hidden trunking accommodated AV, security and future automation systems without compromising the clean lines of the space. 

Throughout construction, we enforced daily site inspections, weekly progress reports and strict adherence to Westfield’s safety and quality protocols, ensuring a smooth handover, immediate centre sign‑off and an environment that powerfully reflects iRelax’s premium brand positioning.
